About Me
My dad used to always preach; ‘Healthy body, healthy mind’, and I have followed this concept my entire life. He bought me my first set of weights at age eleven. By the time I was fourteen I had already been bit by the iron bug. At that age I was already inspired to someday compete in bodybuilding contests and own my gym. I later practiced as a Doctor of Chiropractic after graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles, CA
As a lifetime physical culture enthusiast, IFBB Pro bodybuilder, and health care provider;
I have committed my life to assisting others to achieve their health and fitness goals.
I always realized the value of exercise and good nutrition as they relate to optimal health and well-being. I later discovered that my purpose in life was to help others improve their health, longevity, and quality of life.
I am a purist to the essence of what the bodybuilding culture represents. My philosophy for the fitness model embraces the statement; ‘Of bodybuilding, by bodybuilding, and for bodybuilding’. It was the very nucleus of the bodybuilding culture that eventually evolved into the health and fitness industry as we know it today. I am focused and dedicated to my craft, always reminding myself; ‘never forget where you came from’
I do not conform or compromise to a diluted, watered-down version of resistance training and bodybuilding, but instead teach methods that get real results. I will tell you what you want to hear, but what you need to know.
Ageless like the Marvel comics Wolverine; my experience is like a time capsule that presents a relic, ripened through the ages and conveying decades of accumulated knowledge, insights and perspectives; all the while manifesting an enlightenment contrived from the past yet ahead of its time in terms of the efficacy and pure value that it brings to the future – MP

- First place NPC Mr. North American Bodybuilding Championships (60+ / middleweight class)

- In 2024, Won NPC Master’s Nationals in my division; earning my IFBB pro card
